We began our instructional tour on Sunday night, and this was our first morning photo session. Zabriskie Point, classic view, iconic rock and mud formations, but you never know what the light will be! We had a lovely warm-pink glow for a very short time, before it just flattened out – but it was long enough for us all to capture the wonderful hues in the formations and in the sky! We are experiencing many more clouds than we anticipated, with the storms rolling in over the coastal areas of central and northern California. No rain, but very interesting skies!
I’ll try and post again in a day or two when I get time to edit/process a few pics.

Yummy Brenda! Looking forward to our return in late Feb to DV.
Thanks, John. I hope you get great light. We had interesting clouds from storms to the west. Clouds are sooooo nice in the valley!
Looks like a nice place to visit.
Oh it is, Mike. Very unique and interesting! Thanks for visiting.
